As of January 15, 2012, here is an updated breakdown of space allowed on the webmail server per hosting package:
Basic Hosting Package
Total of 500MB aggregated for all email accounts combined under a single package
Standard Hosting Package
Total of 1GB aggregated for all email accounts combined under a single package
Advanced Hosting Package
Total of 2GB aggregated for all email accounts combined under a single package
E-commerce Hosting Package
Total of 3GB aggregated for all email accounts combined under a single package
Please note that if you download your email to Outlook, that you will not have any issues with going over your disk space quota.
We always recommend downloading mail to Outlook, Outlook Express (Free from Microsoft) or Mozilla Thunderbird (Free from Mozilla).
Email can never exceed 1GB per mail box per our mail vendor SmarterTools, and 200MB has been the default limit per email account.
If you have multiple devices downloading email, we recommending storing mail on the server for at least a day. So you may want to store for a day or longer, it all depends on the amount of email you receive.
