Support Ticket System:

To open a new support ticket and/or modify/view any of your support tickets, please login to your control panel. Click request support, to open a new ticket. Click on View All Support Tickets in your control panel to view or modify any ticket. If you would like to speak with a technician direct just call 888-855-7084 option 2.

How do I set up a new email account?


Go to http://mail.infosaic.com and login with the administrative email address that was set up for you. Please refer to your sign up email for this email account.
Once you login click on Account Options in the Upper Right Hand corner of the screen.

1. Click on USER ADMINISTRATION.
2. Click ADD
3. Enter User Name
4. Enter Account Information
5. Enter Password and Confirm
6. Determine User Rights (permissions)
7. Click Save and you are done!
 
There's also an on-line help file under Account Options which provides additional information.
